Rotary Youth Leadership Award (RYLA) is a premier youth leadership
development program designed to promote the personal and professional
development of Australian youth who have been identified with
exceptional leadership potential.
The challenging seven day RYLA Seminar offers young people a unique
networking opportunity to meet other goal orientated and motivated
individuals from different backgrounds and access to some of Australia’s
most influential and motivated speakers who are experts in a variety of
fields.
Participants take a week away from their usual work or study and are
given a real opportunity to step out of their comfort zone and be pushed
beyond their personal boundaries whilst in a friendly and supportive
environment. If you know of someone who has already attended a RYLA
Seminar, you would have seen the difference and the great benefits that
can be gained from participating in this unique program.
The total cost of the Seminar includes all meals, Accommodation,
Speakers & guest lecturers, all course materials and notes, ongoing
and follow‐up communication.
If you are selected to attend RYLA, your local Rotary Club or
your employer may cover all or part of the cost for you to attend.
You will be interviewed by members of Rotary to assess your suitability to attend RYLA.
