Registration Forms are being delivered to all clubs this week. Please ensure these are distributed to all members promptly
Online Registration as indicated in the Registration Form is not yet available. Please register using the hard copy and post it to the address shown on the form.
Accommodation
The Accommodation Website should be available as from today. Please book through the website site or by phoning Hunter Tourist 4998 6977. Please pay $50 deposit per room - but no more that at this time. Payment made by cheque or direct deposit should be made to Hunter Tourist Information Rotary 9680 Trust Account, Westpac Maitland BSB 032 529, A/c No. 237178.
